This section provides information on managing payment methods. Users can top up their wallet using a variety of payment options. How to add a payment method ?
- Click on the Menu.
- Select Wallet from the side navigation menu.
- Choose Payment Methods
- Click on the Plus Icon at the bottom right of the content area.
- Enter the details in the screen that appears.
- Click the “Add” button.
Available Payment Methods :
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Viva.com
- Paymentwall
- CoinBase
- Flutterwave
- Toyyibpay
- Nowpayments
- Razorpay
- lyzico
- Xendit
- Paysera
- aamarPay
- PayTR
- Bank Transfer
Note : When using the Viva payment gateway, don’t forget to set your Success URL and Failure URL on the Viva payment source page. Your URL should be: yourgroupwebsiteaddress/topup_wallet/
How to change the default currency ?
- Click on the Menu.
- Select Settings from the side navigation menu.
- Choose Wallet
- Find the “Default Currency” field and select your preferred currency.
- Click the “Update” button.
Note :
- Changing the currency may take some time as the current balance needs to be converted to the new currency.
- During wallet top-up, some payment methods may not support the selected currency, so the system will automatically convert it to a supported currency.
How to view/validate user-uploaded bank receipts ?
- Click on the Menu.
- Select Wallet from the side navigation menu.
- Choose Bank Reciepts
- Click on the bank receipt, then choose “Validate” to verify it.
- On the screen that appears, find the “Take Action” field and select your preferred option.
Note: If you are unable to view/validate bank receipts, ensure that the required permissions are selected for your site role under the “Bank Receipts” section in the Site Roles Module.
How to edit a payment method ?
- Click on Menu.
- Select Wallet from the side navigation menu.
- Choose Payment Methods
- Click the three dots icon next to the payment method you want to modify.
- Choose “Edit”.
- Make the necessary changes in the screen that appears.
- Click the “Update” button.
How to delete a payment method ?
- Click on Menu.
- Select Wallet from the side navigation menu.
- Choose Payment Methods
- Click the three dots icon next to the item you want to delete.
- Choose “Delete”. A confirmation dialog will appear. Select ‘Yes’ to confirm.
How to bulk delete payment methods ?
- Click on Menu.
- Select Wallet from the side navigation menu.
- Choose Payment Methods
- Click the selection icon at the top right next to the Payment Methods title.
- Select the items you want to delete.
- Click the X icon that appears at the bottom right.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
