If the chat page preloader is showing endlessly, it likely means you may have accidentally placed invalid code in the Custom JS section. You can use the troubleshooter to reset this.

  1. Download the troubleshoot.zip file.
  2. Extract the contents of troubleshoot.zip.
  3. Log in to your hosting panel or FTP.
  4. Navigate to the pages folder within the Grupo directory on your hosting server.
  5. Upload the troubleshoot.php file from the extracted contents.
  6. Access your_grupo_webaddress/troubleshoot/ in your browser.
  7. In the form that appears, select Reset Custom JS.
  8. Click on “Submit” button
  9. Clear your browser cache and check your website.
  10. Important: After logging in, delete the troubleshoot.php file & Make sure to fix the error in the code you placed after logging in.
