If you accidentally activated maintenance mode or forgot to save the access URL to view the website while it’s in maintenance mode, you can use the troubleshooter to turn off maintenance mode.
- Download the troubleshoot.zip file.
- Extract the contents of troubleshoot.zip.
- Log in to your hosting panel or FTP.
- Navigate to the pages folder within the Grupo directory on your hosting server.
- Upload the troubleshoot.php file from the extracted contents.
- Access your_grupo_webaddress/troubleshoot/ in your browser.
- In the form that appears, select Disable Maintenance Mode
- Click on “Submit” button
- Important: After logging in, delete the troubleshoot.php file.
