Forgot your password or having trouble accessing your admin account ?

If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your admin account:

  • Download the troubleshoot.zip file.
  • Extract the contents of troubleshoot.zip.
  • Log in to your hosting panel or FTP.
  • Navigate to the pages folder within the Grupo directory on your hosting server.
  • Upload the troubleshoot.php file from the extracted contents.
  • Access your_grupo_webaddress/troubleshoot/ in your browser.
  • In the form that appears, select Force Login as Admin.
  • Click on “Submit” button
  • You will be automatically logged in to your Admin Account.
  • Important: After logging in, delete the troubleshoot.php file.

Note : If you encounter a 404 page when accessing your_grupo_webaddress/troubleshoot/, ensure that you have extracted the troubleshoot.zip file and uploaded the troubleshoot.php file to the “pages” folder in Grupo.

Accidentally changed your admin account’s site role or banned yourself ?

If you’ve accidentally changed your admin account’s site role or banned yourself:

  1. Download the troubleshoot.zip file.
  2. Extract the contents of troubleshoot.zip.
  3. Log in to your hosting panel or FTP.
  4. Navigate to the pages folder within the Grupo directory on your hosting server.
  5. Upload the troubleshoot.php file from the extracted contents.
  6. Access your_grupo_webaddress/troubleshoot/ in your browser.
  7. In the form that appears, select Force Login as Admin.
  8. Please enter your admin email address.
  9. Click on “Submit” button
  10. You will be automatically logged in to your Admin Account.
  11. Important: After logging in, delete the troubleshoot.php file.

If you’ve accidentally banned your IP address:
You can use the troubleshooter.php file to automatically unban your IP address. When you access the troubleshooter.php file, your IP will be unbanned automatically. If you prefer to do it manually, please check the following:

  1. Navigate to the assets/cache/ folder in your Grupo directory on the hosting server.
  2. Find and open the ip_blacklist.cache file.
  3. Remove your IP address from the list.
  4. If you’re still unable to log in, make a copy of the ip_blacklist.cache file and then clear its contents.
