The AI Text Moderation feature automatically removes text content that may be abusive, offensive, or harassing.

How to enable or disable the Text Moderation ?

  1. Click on the Menu.
  2. Select Settings from the side navigation menu.
  3. Choose Moderation
  4. Choose your preferred text moderation tool and enter the API credentials to enable text moderation. To disable text moderation, select “Disable.”
  5. In the “Delete text that contain” field, select the types of text content you want to automatically remove.
  6. Click the “Update” button.

How to skip text moderation for certain site roles ?

  1. Click on the Menu.
  2. Go to “Modules” in the side navigation menu.
  3. Select “Site Roles.”
  4. Click the three dots icon next to the site role you wish to modify
  5. Choose “Edit.”
  6. Locate the “Skip Text Moderation” field and select “Yes.”
  7. Click Update
