IP Intelligence feature is used to detect proxy servers, VPNs, Tor networks, and blacklisted IP addresses on the web. This feature helps identify suspicious activity or fraudulent users by analyzing the IP addresses of visitors and determining if they are masked or associated with known bad actors.

How to enable or disable the IP Intelligence ?

  1. Click on the Menu.
  2. Select Settings from the side navigation menu.
  3. Choose IP Intelligence
  4. Choose your preferred service provider and enter the API credentials to enable IP Intelligence. To disable IP Intelligence, select “Disable.”
  5. In the “Probability” field, enter the IP address score that you consider to be safe.
  6. Click the “Update” button.

Note : You can choose “Yes” in the “Validate on User Signup” field if you prefer to validate during user signup. Similarly, select “Yes” in the “Validate on User Login” field if you prefer to validate during user login.
