Landing Page refers to the initial page that users see when they first enter the chat website.

How to enable or disable the landing page ?

  1. Click on the Menu.
  2. Select Settings from the side navigation menu.
  3. Choose Landing Page
  4. Locate “Status” and select your desired option.
  5. Click the “Update” button.

How to modify the text content on the landing page?

  1. Click on the Menu.
  2. Select Settings from the side navigation menu.
  3. Choose Landing Page
  4. In the screen that appears, change the text content to your preferred text.
  5. Click the “Update” button.

Note: You can create translations for the landing page text content in each language by selecting the desired language from the dropdown menu at the top.

How to update the landing page logo?

  1. Click on the Menu.
  2. Select Settings from the side navigation menu.
  3. Choose Appearance
  4. Select Color Scheme.
  5. Choose “Landing Page” from the Location options.
  6. Find and click on the “Logo” field, then select the file from your device.
  7. Click the “Update” button.

How to update the landing page footer logo?

  1. Click on the Menu.
  2. Select Settings from the side navigation menu.
  3. Choose Landing Page
  4. Locate the ‘Question‘ and ‘Answer‘ fields, then enter the desired question and answer
  5. Click the “Update” button.

Note: You can add up to 10 questions and answers. If you need to display more questions, you can create a separate custom page.
